Nesta noite, em visita realizada na casa de uma parente, fui deitar por volta das 11 horas, após breve oração adormeci.
Não conseguia me aprofundar no sono, por estar na casa de outra pessoa, sempre de novo me via revirando na cama.
Percebi que seria uma ótima oportunidade para sair do corpo lucidamente, assim que senti todo o corpo adormecido, resolvi mexer meu braço astral, assim, resolvi esticá-lo em uma posição de dar a mão para alguém, logo senti uma pessoa pegando meu braço e puxando e era justamente isso que queria, pois sentia que assim seria mais fácil o desprendimento do alma do corpo.
Após vários puxões, inclusive solicitando com os dois braços, percebi que não estava mais em corpo material, após ver somente escuridão exclamei: faça-se luz! ainda assim tudo permanecia escuro.
Percebi um som de fundo, parecia uma música de suspense de filme de terror, o ambiente parecia lúgebre, abafado e meio úmido.
Sabia que tinha mais consciências me observando então exclamei: me ajudem a enxergar! Coloquem a mão sobre minha testa. Então veio uma imagem clara de várias mão posicionando uma chapa seria minha testa, donde as mãos eram escuras, mas havia uma claridade dentro daquela chapa.
A imagem era como de um filme sendo mostrado para mim, como se alguém a estivesse exibindo para mim, no entanto sabia que se tratava de minha pessoa. Logo confirmei com aquela imagem que estava em um ambiente de baixo astral, então resolvi sair dali.
Fiz movimentos de quem estava nadando para cima, e imediatamente após estes movimentos, senti que alguém colocou as mãos violentamente sobre minhas coxas, me impedindo de sair, o impacto foi tão forte que cheguei dar um grito.
Após isto, colocaram o que parecia ser um notebook em meus joelhos, e percebi que a tela tinha alguns sinais de proibido, como se não fosse para eu mexer nele. Então me concentrei em formar luz por volta de meu corpo e comecei a rodar em forma de círculo de maneira bem rápida. Vi alguns reflexos de pessoas sendo jogadas para longe com estas voltas rápidas e fleches de luz saindo de mim.
Quase imediatamente me vi dentro do quarto ao qual estava dormindo, lúcido, consciente.
Parecia ser muito real, então fiz uma técnica para ver se realmente estava em sono ou realidade e resolvi pular, quando pulava e caia no chão ouvia e sentia meus pés bater no chão, mas imediatamente depois sentia meu corpo todo vibrar e levitar um pouco, assim confirmei que estava em astral.
Havia um espelho na minha frente, me concentrei e vi minha imagem bem nítida na frente dele Logo, no corredor da casa, ouvi uma voz de criança dizer: abra a porta!, então perguntei:
Quem fala? então uma voz de criança disse sou sua irmã!. Sabia que era mentira, então respondi Você não é minha irmã!, olhando por volta, no quarto, percebi que pela janela dava para ver lá fora, estava ventando e chovendo um pouco.
Logo me deu vontade de sair, de início para voar sobre a cidade. Voei para fora do quarto indo até a garagem, mais uma vez, para me manter na lucidez da viagem resolvi bater palmas para sentir as mãos e as percebi lucidamente, ouvi o som.
Percebi um gato pequeno, cinza, na porta da casa. Mentalizei um espelho na garagem, para manter a lucidez da experiência, ver minha própria imagem, logo me vi sem roupas! mentalizei as roupas que estava vestindo antes de dormir, e imediatamente elas começaram a aparecer, primeiramente o shorts, depois a blusa. Senti que alguém quase apareceu no espelho, parecia comigo. Senti sua presença, me virei, mas não havia ninguém, isso bastou para me distrair e voltar para o corpo. Mesmo após várias tentativas, não consegui ter outra experiência esta noite, estava quase amanhecendo.

Tonight, on a visit at the house of a relative, went to bed around 11 pm, after a short prayer I fell asleep.
